Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is held annually every May. If you have not been aware of it this yearβs theme is around kindness π.

π»π» To coincide with the event, Breathe NI is offering TEN parents a FREE 45-minute one-to-one session where I can help you learn how to manage a heightened symptom that is proving the most troublesome for you when you are parenting your children, especially in these current times π»π».

To avail of this special offer, all you have to do is PM the page indicating the heightened symptom that you would like help with from the list below. I will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for your one-to-one session.

π Flashbacks
π Dissociation (disconnecting from the world, drifting off into a safe space)
π Irritability and impatience
π Anger
π Difficulty sleeping
π Parental anxiety over your childβs safety / being overprotective
π Parental overwhelm, lack of motivation (especially in relation to our current situation)
π Ignoring your children
π Feeling unconnected with your child/children
π Other (please PM so we can discuss)

Sessions can be delivered either by video calling, by telephone or via email if you prefer.
