Is this latest lockdown really an opportunity?

I don't think I need to harp on about the stress parents are under at the moment.

And, I certainly know from talking to others and from my own experience that this current lockdown is tough, a lot tougher than the others.

Most of us agree we need to do what we can at the moment, but that does not take away the fact that we are tired, fed up, suffering cabin fever from being stuck indoors and we all want normality, sooner rather than later.

So, as we continue to try and keep going I just want to remind you...

We may be tired, we may be weary, we may be fed up, but remember we are here - this is temporary. It can even provide an opportunity for reflection, planning and changing our lives, for bonding more with our children, for counting our blessings and health.

Be kind to yourself, and if you're having a bad day go to bed early. Tomorrow is another day when you can start fresh again xoxo
