Oh man, how are you all doing?
I bet none of us thought a year ago global social isolation would happen, or was even possible 🙁🌎.
Yet, here we are. I'm sure you are going through a wide range of emotions and worries at the moment so it's important to try to keep perspective and make the most out of this awful situation we find ourselves in.
I've really struggled this week. This past couple of months I was really beginning to feel that I was moving forward, managing symptoms well and establishing my new business. Then bang...everything has come to a halt. And it's all outside of my control.
So, reframing and refocus is needed. I'll not lie, I'm low and I've not been feeling great so half of me wants to go and hide and peek out in six months time.
The other half knows this isn't possible and I can't change what's happening so I need to change MY ways to get through the next six months more easily.
I'm not exactly sure what that means yet but I acknowledge and accept it's up to me.
The worry over no money and looking after the kids 24/7 are inevitable, I think it's more the feeling of being stuck or frozen?
